Avery Rausch, a certified yoga instructor living with NF2, shares his yoga practice with the NF Young Adult Community as part of May NF Awareness Month.
Avery Rausch is a certified yoga instructor and theatre performer/student who lives in New York City and has a passion for sharing his talents and knowledge about yoga. Avery has NF2 and is inspired to teach yoga to others as a way to help them cope with the challenges that come along with an NF diagnosis. As part of our Young Adult Series, Avery also participated in our NFNE Success in Different Ways program in early April 2022. As a featured speaker, he talked about options for high school students with NF, with all sorts of different paths that young people can explore to be successful.
