Tuesday Takeaways is a four-part lunch and learn series! These one-hour educational lunchtime sessions are geared towards sharing updates and relevant information with our NF community.
For our fourth and final session, we’re welcoming Dr. Frank Buono (PhD, Associate Research Scientist at Yale School of Medicine), Dale Berg (patient advocacy representative), and Maureen Hussey (NF1 patient caregiver).
Are you interested in learning more about how pain affects patients with NF and allied disorders? Dr. Buono will be discussing assessing and understanding pain in neurofibromatosis (NF), NF2-related schwannomatosis (NF2) and schwannomatosis (SWN). He will be joined by patient advocacy representative Dale Berg and NF1 caregiver Maureen Hussey.
Thank you to all who have tuned in for our Tuesday Takeaway series this spring—keep an eye out for another series in the fall!
